Documentation
GBG provides Measured Building Survey (MBS) services using Laser Scanning and Photogrammetry techniques to generate BIM models and baseline documentation databases for buildings, which can then be used for detailed conditions surveys, forensic evaluation and design/repair designation.

Construction and Engineering
NDE (Non-Destructive Evaluation) techniques are used to identify construction details of reinforced concrete, steel-framed buildings, and transportation infrastructure.

Architecture and Preservation
Historically sensitive buildings subject to preservation or renovation efforts often require NDE to identify construction arrangement details and conduct condition assessments to inform design with little to no impact on the building.

Water Infiltration
Water-penetration testing of the building envelope can help to identify moisture paths through material, specification or construction deficiencies.
